Cynthia has nearly two decades of experience in the jewelry industry, she received her Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.) and is a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (N.A.J.A.). Cynthia has advanced training in gemology,​ jewelry appraisal theory, and regularly attends jewelry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to remain current with constantly fluctuating world market conditions and gemological scientific progression.

National Association of Jewelry Appraisers – Member

The primary purpose of the NAJA is to recognize and make available the services of highly qualified, informed experienced, and independent appraisers of gems and jewelry to those persons requiring expertise that may be relied upon as an n expressed professional opinion of value.  Promotion of educational seminars and meetings on topics relative to gem and jewelry appraising for both the public and members of the appraisal profession. Network of highly qualified gem and jewelry appraisers with whom to share professional opinions. A strong code of Professional Ethics, which all members agree to abide by as one of the terms and conditions of membership.
